I made a small order for my forge build at night, and the next morning, I received what I ordered. The costs are very competitive and I chose ground shipping, but I suppose they had a truck coming out and upgraded my shipping to speedy ship and I was able to get back to work on my project sooner than expected. I was able to get the small parts I needed from one source. I'd recommend this shop.

Ordered the correct piece of glass and there was what we thought was a scratch on it when opened and we were ok with that as long as the glass fit and worked. (Its winter and we need the woodstove for heat.) Let the cement and the new gasket set for over 8 hours, built a small fire and no problems. Woke up the glass being broke and contacted their customer service only to be told we installed it incorrectly as the crack happened where the brackets are. I installed the glass per the manufacturers specifications for that stove as to not risk overtightening the brackets. But they would offer me a

I purchased a epi22 timberwolf wood burning insert to the tune of $1900+ and have been endlessly disappointed with it from the beginning. The unit has a pathetic blower motor and a sloppy door hinge along with a small firebox that only accommodates 3 or 4 pieces of firewood at a time. The loud creaking and popping noises that come from the expansion and contraction of the unit will keep you awake all night long. The unit has been properly and professionally installed and my home is well insulated. The epi22 struggles to keep just my 200 sq.ft. living room warm, not to mention the rest of the home

I ordered a valve from this company, was told it would work on a customer's fireplace. After it would not work I was told I would need 3 more parts in order for that valve to work.
