I stayed here on vacation both solo and after my wife joined me. The place is unique in that it does have an extended stay feel to it but we both found that kinda fun. Vanessa, who checked me in, was super helpful when I needed an extra night and I felt very at home there. Internet was great, bathroom was private, great patio atmosphere and close to so many businesses and the airport.

It took an hour to check in. Room was next to busy street so a lot of road noise. Toilet clogged when i got there, no maid service, faucet in shower was not secured to wall, cigarette burn on sofa and it was very dirty. Asked to change rooms twice and couldn't. Can't see TV from bed. Everything seemed clean except for that sofa. No black out curtains. Won't be staying here again.

Even though this is an extended stay, I stayed here with my fiance' on our drive from LA to Dallas and the staff was extremely friendly. We got in late (3am), but they were specifically waiting for us and had the room ready to go. I had accidentally left our IDs at the front desk during check-in and they had the on-site security bring them to us. Parking was easy and right by the room. Room was extremely clean and very large. Breakfast the next morning was much better and larger than I thought, and it even included made to order food as well. I would highly recommend to anyone whether you are simply

I really have enjoyed my stay here. I've been here for awhile now and I have enjoyed my experience. I love seeing Josie and chatting with her. She always is so welcoming and accommodating. The maintenance crew has also been a big help. They are all hard workers and work hard to make sure you are happy.
The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the hotel could use a few upgrades and some rooms need may need a little more attention than others because of some leaks. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay and the staff has worked hard to make sure their guests are happy.

This is one of the better places In El Paso. We enjoyed our stay during the great snow storm last month. The room is clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were nice. It’s nice to go to a nice place and be able to bring my dog. The staff is phenomenal. The food was great. I have no complaints and recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you to management for being good to your staff and clients.
