Services
Shipping: All prices are F.O.B. origin. Any shipping quoted is curbside and does not include lift gate, inside, residential or any other surcharges. Damages/shortages: When goods are picked up by transportation company they become property of the purchaser. Before acceptance, the extent of any damage, shortage or loss must be noted in writing on the bill of lading before you sign for the shipment.

I know this showroom doesn't get much foot traffic but I wanted to get my hands on a parcel box before we bought it. Josh was absolutely killing it on customer service. He answered all my questions and even brought a box out from the warehouse to look at. The reception person was also super helpful (sorry I forgot her name!). They gave me a fair price and I left completely satisfied.
