I called to get a quote on a replacement smart key and talked to an incredibly rude person. He told me they would charge $20 to come out, and the key would start at $95 depending on how the tech would program the key. I asked if I could provide the VIN so he could give an accurate estimate without needing an in-person visit and he refused saying that the tech would figure it out at the service call. I started to respond and he said, "okay, bye" and hung up on me! There are way too many options to have to deal with a such a wretched person.

So after my talking with the dispatcher and tech, I decided to use a different locksmith. I thought I had cancelled their service and I had called another locksmith. I ended up having 2 locksmiths show up to my door. When I told Lakewood Locksmith that I wouldn't be needing them because I contacted someone else, the tech guy yelled at me that I needed to pay him a mobile fee. I told him that I wouldn't be paying any kind of fee. Then the dispatcher called me and wouldn't let me explain. He just wanted to yell at me.
