It's pretty nice. Lots of trees! wasn't too loud or anything last few times we've been. the monthly rates though,...I was looking for the valet parking and red ropes, nope, none of that. just a bit above the others, as far as amenities and I must admit it's well taken care of. just be sure to scout your spots for your trips on the map. some of the sites are none too level. some are very large, whilst others might be tiny. kinda random.

For starters, the women working the front desk on 10/23.. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE IF YOU’RE JOB IS TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When asking about making reservations for the 2022 season, all three of them rolled their eyes & acted like it was a big bother to check their calendar. For years, we’ve booked a year in advance so we were guaranteed our camp site (or any other site). The woman looks at me and says ‘we have never booked that far in advanced’. That’s a lie. We won’t be back.

Beautiful campground, with peaceful pond and outdoor sports areas. Well thought out camp sites, with many having nice backing angles, as well available pull throughs. Bathhouses clean and well maintained. Mini golf course could use a little TLC, but it was fine (and free). All campsites are tree covered, many backing to forest. Very helpful delivering a shop vac and work gloves to our site for a glass shattering incident we had. Very family oriented. Definitely will camp there again.

We have been to 150+ campgrounds in 5 years. These are the rudest, uncaring staff ever. No smile, welcome, no explanation of anything. No cable channel listing. They gave us the wrong site from what I reserved. Said it was my fault. WORSE- you have to see a little sign taped to the counter that says "Ask about a gate card" if YOU fail to see it... you can't get in their gate after 8pm. If you see it and ask.. pay a $40 cash deposit or locked out after 8. Yup. They make no mention of it.
