I recently purchased a new vehicle and spent the better part of a week looking around for a reputable business to get my windows tinted. I came across PHR on Google and saw how highly recommended they were and the number of positive reviews is what caught my eye. I drove up and Mr Carlos immediately walked outside to greet me, pulled my vehicle in, offered me a seat and a cold bottle of water.
