We are a small firm without a dedicated HR team. Jennifer used market data, detailed job descriptions and location data to create a compensation policy for our company so we can rest easy knowing that we have fair and equitable pay within our company. They set a fair budget and stuck to it. We'll go back every few years for an update on the market figures!
