We are a small firm without a dedicated HR team. Jennifer used market data, detailed job descriptions and location data to create a compensation policy for our company so we can rest easy knowing that we have fair and equitable pay within our company. They set a fair budget and stuck to it. We'll go back every few years for an update on the market figures!

I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer and the Astron folks to update our compensation system. They are attentive to individual companies' needs, flexible, and very reasonably priced. Jennifer also worked wonderfully well with our sometimes "difficult" and "mercurial" managers when she presented Astron's recommendations. Highly recommended.
