Joshua McDowell graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2007 in St. Louis, MO. After leaving St. Louis, Dr. McDowell and his wife relocated to Raleigh, NC.
Cindy Nieves is the chiropractic assistant to Dr. McDowell and has been with the office since it opened in the fall of 2011. She has lived in the Fayetteville area for the past 2 years. She is originally from Brooklyn, NY and is a great mother to her three children. Cindy is very compassionate to our patients, great with children who visit the office, and very knowledgeable is the area of personal injury claims.

My experience have been AMAZING to say the least. From the Officer Manager, Yolanda, to the Doc, Dr McDowell. My schedule is very unpredictable and they are very accommodating while delivering Great customer Service. Which is so refreshing. From the walk in, the place was very relaxing. Yolanda was very polite. She went over in detail the forms. She was able to answer the questions we had about different forms. She made us feel comfortable.

I’ve been going to Dr McDowell since my car accident in February. And I’d like to say that I am extremely glad that I chose this chiropractor. I’m now having little to no pain in my back. Dr McDowell is great at what he does. And I would highly recommend going to Fayetteville accident and injury over any other place.
