I could never in good conscience refer anyone to this repair service. This person charged me a high fee, but did not repair my machine....it worked somewhat efficiently for two weeks, then reverted back to the dis-function it had when I brought it to him; There were also deep punctures in my machine's surface that he made with his tools...they were not there when I brought it to him. Last, but not least, he asked me to carry my machine several steps down to his workshop without a railing to hang on to, or proper lighting; I fell with my machine when I got to the bottom step, when tripping
