I applied for my daughters green card 5 years ago.
As of today, I still have not received anything, or received any updates from Chanel.
I called uscis and was told that Chanel should have file an i-485.
Today I was finally able to get on the phone with this attorney, after I called from a different number. I originally left her a voicemail asking her to please call me because it was urgent, and she never returned my calls.
Once she got on the phone, she was rude and unprofessional and didn’t answer any of the questions about the status of my case.
She began yelling and saying I acted like

This is the second time that I have hired Chanel for custody issues. She is a very direct and straight to the point attorney and she does not sugar coat anything. She tells you like it is and does not get your hopes up or waste your time with impossible situations. She puts the clients needs firsts and listens to all of your concerns and questions.
