Etowah Valley Equipment, Inc. warrants this equipment, manufactured by it, to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Our obligation under this warranty is to the original purchaser only and is limited to making good at our factory any part or parts thereof which are returned to us or our authorized dealer from whom product was purchased with all transporta-tion charges prepaid to the factory.

I used the car wash and not the vacuum system. The car wash worked fine. It was a bit windy so remember to start at the end of the car and let the wind blow the water away from you. I learned that early on in the rinseing portion. The foam brush provides plenty of foamed soap and the rinse does a great job. I got extra time for putting in a $5 bill. I've used the vacuum in the past but don't now because I don't think I get enough time for the money. I have a small Shop-vac at home with various nozzles. The Etowah car wash has always been very convenient to use.

I bought these triple foam brush hoses and guns less than a year ago and they have all come completely on wound look like Apollo spaghetti who's ever going to want to use that at the same time I bought a single triple foam hose from kleenrite and it's still looks nearly brand-new paid outrageous sum for these hoses and guns and I wouldn't say they were poor performing I would say they're defective got to be one of the worst money tosses in my life like $1,200 of my hard work for money pissed away

I have had a manual bay panel built by Etowah Valley Equipment 4+ years ago. It was ordered through my distributor at their recommendation. We wanted to get card readers, and bill acceptors in our manual bays. To get straight to the point, the card reader has been a nightmare and the support has been even worse. Come to find out the problems I have dealt with since the purchase of this panel is consistent with others who have used or are currently using Etowah Valley made and distributed equipment. The support is terrible. They are always arrogant and blaming some other person or party as the faulty
