G&W Heel Lift has been serving the healthcare professions and their patients since 1967. The company was founded by Arthur Gross D.C. and Willis Wilkinson for the purpose of supplying a better quality heel lift. One that was accurate in size, and made of high quality cork. They decided upon a cork lift with a vinyl covering, that had a beveled edge, which lets it lie flat in the shoe.

I've been working with Arthur from G&W since 2019 and I've enjoyed it. I recommend them because they offer a good product, great customer service and also because it's a pleasure to work with him and his team. I know a lot of people like myself suffer from back pain and these products help a lot.

We have ordered from G&W Heel Lift in the past and gotten what we were looking for, but this time, there was a mistake on the order and I guess they felt like it was better to blame me than to work it out. So I had to send back the wrong order. The new correct order was sent back and I am out 3 shipping costs. I was pretty irritated, and I was surprised that they made no effort to try and work it out with me. Very disappointed! Product is fine, customer service - Terrible!

They are a small, family owned business that continues to provide its customers with the same honesty and integrity as when the business started in 1967. When you call during business hours the phone isn’t answered by a machine or service, but a staff member. They are polite and answer any questions. If they can’t they’ll find out and call you back. Their customer service is outstanding.
