They were very nice! Great jumpy house! Great prices! Great service! Communicated with us before hand and were on time. Very efficient as well! Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Recently went through them for a bouncy house,Hassle free,reasonably priced! Will never go anywhere else great experience.

I called well after hours on a Saturday, for a last minute order I needed next day. Amy the owner assisted and confirmed they’d deliver for me & laid all my anxiety to rest. Will rent again!

Horrible company. They don’t even answer their phones. The new owners have no clue what they are doing. Will be renting elsewhere.....

I've used Itz My Party every year, for the past 3-4 years. The company has been SO wonderful, between booking, discounts, constant communication, earlier delivery time, and the cleanliness of their bouncy houses!
We have a Memorial Day party every year, and they have ALWAYS made sure to arrive extremely early in the morning, and then pick up the following day. This year, they're even dropping it off a day early! We really appreciate Tarra, and her father (who has done some deliveries in the past!). It's nice to find a small family owned company that excels in customer service.

We rented a tent, table and chairs for my kids' birthday cookout. They were scheduled for delivery from 8 to 9:30 a.m. for our 11:00 party. The woman on the phone was courteous and let us know the drivers were running late. After a few more phone calls back and forth, the drivers couldn't be located. After 11:00 and as our guests were arriving we were notified that our rentals could only be delivered at 1:00 p.m. the earliest. I cancelled the order and luckily only put down a deposit, which I expect will be refunded. We were offered a credit toward another party.

Delivery arrived well within the time frame! They set it up and cleaned it all up so we could use it. Very professional staff and I would highly recommend itz my party to anyone! Only place I'll ever rent from!

Drop off was well before start of party. Delivery person was very personable and spent quite a bite of time cleaning the inside and out of the bouncy. I would recommend them to all.

This review is related to the rental service. We have used them a few years in a row now and the service is great! They come in the morning of your event, setup everything where you want it, make sure everything is clean and working and are on their way. Pick up is just as easy...hassle free service!!

Prices are hands down better than anyone else especially when considering the service they provide. We will continue to use these guys every year.

I brought my 2.5 year old here and was pleasantly surprised. Wasn't sure what I was walking into based on the outside and the location (it's right in Taunton Green in the strip of stores lining the main road). The woman (owner?) who was working there was very nice. The toys and play area seemed age appropriate for the 1-5 crowd. It was clean and safe & they had a great seating area so you could bring your own lunch which was nice. Admission was just $10 and we spent about 3 hours there so I would say $10 well spent! I would definitely recommend and will revisit soon.
