Just purchased a new Bullfrog Hot Tub from IVHT. The installation went smoothly.
Jamie, the owner, was here throughout the whole process. Jamie and his crew made the whole process of taking out our old tub and installing the new tub seem easy (at least easy from where I was watching.). The new tub is terrify and the improvements Bullfrog has made since we bought our old Bullfrog are amazing.

We hired Incline Village hot Tub to preform monthly maintenance and repairs on our hot tub. They were our second Tahoe service provider and unfortunately we were disappointed with the quality of work. We were charged for service that did not occur and I often times the service technician spent very little time cleaning and maintaining our spa. The owner was nice and responsive most of the time.
