What an amazing home and property. The management is quick to respond to questions/issues and the entire house is very clean and well maintained. The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially when you take in the sunrise or sunset from the hot tub overlooking the beautiful Smith Mountain Lake.

This house was perfect for our lake weekend. The house was clean and furnished nicely. We loved the spacious dock and use of two kayaks and paddle boat! Beautiful location in a quiet cove. We loved the spacious basement with pool table and air hockey. Great property and Premier Vacation Rentals was easy to work with.

Log Cabin Retreat is a very peaceful spot. We stayed the first week of August, escaping the hot and dry conditions of Roanoke. It was refreshing--and indeed cool--to be so near the water. In addition, all the outside seating areas were incredible. I loved sitting on the screened porch in the morning watching the hummingbirds and butterflies. Watching all the wildlife was soothing: bunnies, birds, deer, fish, and geese. In the evening we sat in the Adirondack chairs on the upper or lower deck and gazed at the water and sky with our glass of wine or cocktails. And the kitchen was incredibly well

Very nice place! Much bigger than it looks. Wish we could use jet ski lift. The cove is very rough due to wake from boats using the public ramp and others just wakeboarding. Wasn’t as clean as others we have rented in the past. Cooktop was not clean. We didn’t find many of the dishes until last day because they were in the dishwasher. Compared to other properties we have rented, it was priced more for less amenities.

We love renting from Premier Vacation Rentals every year! They are incredibly professional, responsive and detail oriented. They go above and beyond to ensure we have a wonderful vacation. Lake Point Retreat was absolutely incredible in every possible way. The house is gorgeous, spacious enough for multiple families, has every amenity you can think of from kitchen needs to entertainment and water activities. We really enjoy this house. The location is great, close enough to the grocery store so that if you forget that much needed jalapeno for your pico de gallo, it is not a half hour trip to buy it. That said, the setting is pretty spectacular and we very much enjoyed the dock and the porch. We had been here before with our sweet dog, who passed last year, and even she loved it. They have a fenced yard and this year I noticed they had baby gates on the deck so if we had a dog, we could keep her from going down the stairs and getting away.
