As a local State Farm agent in Arlington, TX I have had the privilege of helping customer's since 1979. I enjoy being a part of my community and building relationships in our metroplex which include but are not limited to Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Kennedale, Fort Worth, Pantego, Dalworthington Gardens and Cedar Hill.

Oralia Martinez is a rare gem. She is truly the Gold Standard for customer service. She LISTENED to me and heard my concerns. She was respectful and was not patronizing. Her soft-spoken voice even put me at ease. Oralia saw that I was a loyal customer and treated me with the respect that reflected my loyalty. She was not "bothered" by my questions. She took her time with me and was not distracted, but was present in the moment and focused on her work--helping me! She even called me back twice the next day, keeping her promise!

I have been with State Farm for almost 7 years now. This group has been nothing but outstanding. I seem to always have changes to cars, home owners and miscellaneous items. They are ALWAYS courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of insurance. They have a customer for life.

I wanted to recognize Garrett R. at State Farm. He was so helpful from the get go! I needed to get car insurance and I appreciated that he didn't assume I knew or understood the car insurance language. He was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and what I loved the most was his examples of situations so I could better understand the policy. It's sad to say that excellent customer service isn't shown or seen that often, but Garrett really did show this and I have to recognize him and the company. My sister referred me and said, State Farm is the best! So far, she's right! I would recommend State
