Andra graduated from Weber State University as a Registered Nurse. She has a great fondness for her career of many years as an RN. With two young daughters still at home, she felt that staying home and homeschooling her girls was a better fit for their family. Andra is very versatile and capable of working from home in all areas of RAM.

Absolute worst property management ever! DO NOT RENT THROUGH REEDER! Unit was not cleaned nor painted as promised prior to move in. Promised to fix fireplace and never did. Surrounded by smoking units in a non smoking building. Second hand smoke reeks to high heaven and a health hazard. Absolutely filthy. They dismissed every issue and kept promising but never delivered on their promises. Can't say you didn't know because this here is your warning. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. They take your money then make you wait days to respond to you. By that time, the listing you wanted is gone. No one answers the phones. No one emails back within a timely manner. Once they have your money and you have agreed to not get a refund, they screw you over and stop taking care of you. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. They have no sense of urgency or customer care and couldn’t care less about actually helping you as long as they get their application fee.

TLDR; inexcusable lack of communication and additional charges on top of security deposit at move out. Do not recommend Reeder as a renter. Be sure you take pictures of every outlet, shower curtain, and toliet handle prior to move in. After being decent tenets for a year, paying all items, and leaving property in good condition, they requested several hundred dollars on top of our $900 deposit and they dropped all communication 6 months later as we try to get this resolved.

Reeder Asset Management has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. When calling in, you are advised to leave a voicemail after about a minute and then you will get a call back. Day after day, nobody calls back. They are very slow on email response times. Even after asking for a call multiple times, they continued to reach out through emails and texts. This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT RENT WITH REEDER ASSET MANAGEMENT. Once they have your money, they couldn’t care less. I even had the CEO (Cody Reeder) respond to me that they would have someone reach out .

Ann and Ahyeh were an amazing help with getting me and my girlfriend an apartment so she could attend school at USU in such a short time frame. The people at Reeder Asset Management genuinely care about it's clients and the service is unparrelel to anything else. Highly recommend these guys 🙂.

My wife and I have had both positive and negative experiences here.
Positive:
•The staff (we worked with Ahyeh) is friendly to work with.
•The apartment overall is in good condition, and we enjoy living here.
•The location is pretty good.
Negative:
•When we signed the contract, we were told by our leasing agent to pay first month rent and security deposit in cash only within 24 hours via a money order through Walmart. This brought up a bunch of red flags 😬, but we called the office and were told we could pay by card instead of cash only.
•We have been having a cockroach problem

Reeder Asset management needs a more streamlined application process and people knowledgeable of the the unit specifics.
The people I talked to, Ahyeh and Ann San Jose, were very professional in their communications but did not have sufficient knowledge on the unit specifics. I am not one to complain but this company is the worst!!!! I lived in a house for 5 years. I never missed a single rent. The house then sold to a new owner and everything was going to stay the same. But no Reeder Management came along and started with fees changing our utilities and never contacting us on anything. They sent over a lease that did not show the one thing that needed to be on it to protect me as a renter I became a problem. So never question them! They never returned calls. I have the names of 7 different people that would say they are working on things in a text but never heard back

Ahyeh was so kind and courteous. She worked with me to ensure my application process was smooth. I was approved quickly and was able to select a property from their site. The whole team has been so helpful. I was super nervous, since I was moving 2 hours from my extended family, but Reeder made the process so smooth for me and my kids, and they always got back to me quickly on any questions I had.
