Donna helped us select the perfect new Miele dishwasher, and Dave did a timely and flawless installation job-we love it every single day 4 years later - so of course we returned to Riverbend to replace our vacuum cleaner recently-loving that home addition as well. They are a really great business for serious kitchens and home appliances with top notch customer service.

I walked into this place today and was greeted by someone who clearly hates there job. He offered absolutely no help. When I asked about certain items his response was “the person who handles that is not here today”. Why have someone in your business that does NOT want to work there. He didn’t bother getting from behind the computer to show me around!! What a huge disappointment!!! I’ll go spend my money somewhere else!!!!!
