I have had great experiences here - Krystalin is super friendly and easy to talk to which really helps as a distraction but she's gentle and helps through the process! Hello, I'm Krystalin, a Licensed Esthetician and the Owner of Sugar Bee. I specialize in Organic Skincare and Sugaring Hair Removal. I'm a California native born in Riverside. Even though I've traveled far, the sun and the sand is where I belong. I'm a single mother of three amazing boys! Between them, outdoor activities and my clients, I stay pretty busy but I wouldn't have it any other way.
Abdomen- Underneath Bra Line to Lower Abdomen/ Bikini Line If you need Areoles done, that can be included for $10 more. Brazilian Includes - Tummy Trail, one hand width on Inner Thighs, Labias and Inner Bee-hind. The hair needs to be as long as a grain of rice. Men's Brazilian Sugaring includes all hair removal from pubic area, shaft, scrotum and bee-hind strip.
A Brazilian is All the hair removed. A Bikini removes top and sides that show outside of a swimsuit. Sugaring is Not painless but is much Less painful than waxing. This is due to the hair being removed in the direction of hair growth vs against it like waxing. Also, Sugaring will never burn or lift live skin cells like traditional wax.

The best sugaring experience I have had thus far. The owner is amazing and her technique is five stars. The attention to details in everything really made this a relaxing and memorable experience. The product she used were top of the line (made in the US and woman owned). This is also a woman/veteran owned business. I can't recommend this business enough. Hands down best sugaring out there. Their receptionist was also very helpful when explaining their booking system. She is booked weeks in advanced just FYI-don't let that discourage you. Add yourself to the waitlist-it's worth it

Krystalin and her beehive are absolutely incredible!!! One thing that I truly appreciate is she takes the time to educate about skin care/aftercare to ensure that you have the best experience and results. Her skills in sugaring are great, no question. Otherwise I would only give 1 star.
But.
When I had an appointment, I got several reminders and had to answer, that I will be there on time. One hour drive, traffic jam, doesn't matter, I was always at least 10 minutes earlier. It's a question of respect to be on time at an appointment. Of course. After I arrived, I send, like I was asked for, a text that I arrived. Then I waited. Waited then each time between 10 to 25 minutes AFTER the scheduled time of the appointment. Only the customer has to be punctual and has to follow the rules.

I am one not for leaving Bad reviews and have yet to ever leave one but in this incident I have recently had, I feel the need. I have always been early and on time for my appointments and Krystalin was late plenty of times and I always gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited. God forbid if this was her client. I'm just going to say this. If your vehicle dies, you get in a car accident, or probably die on the way there, just know that you will still be charged for your appointment! Zero compassion! Not the only one apparently who has gone through this apparently. Just saying! New sugar

I can't recommend Krystalin enough! I'm such a baby and always get so nervous before getting a Brazilian, but I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the most painless one I've ever had! Krystalin is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable that she makes you feel so comfortable. I love that she educates you, doesn't rush through your appointment and gives you time to breathe in between pulls. I'm also amazed at how long it took for my hair to start to grow back, no where else has done that great of a job. She is the best of the best and I can't say enough good

UPDATE :: All it takes is one bad experience to erase all of the good. Went back and between giving 2 or 3 stars. Guess I’ll leave it in the middle. Gone elsewhere. 🙄
OLD:: I’ve been coming to Sugar Bee for a few months now and the experience is always great. It’s not just a service it’s also a nice learning experience. She’s always open to questions and sharing advice. Would highly recommend making that first appointment and try sugaring for yourself. A lot better than waxing. 💃🏾

Their automated booking seems to be a cause for confusion. The business says I made 2 appointments when I only booked and received confirmation for one. I called in, customer service didn't try to rectify the issue. It was just an oh well, make another appointment. They said they contacted me regarding my apparent appointment mixup, however, there were no missed calls/text from the business number. Therefore, I can't confirm that occurred on my end. Have found another business that offers the same services.

My first visit to Sugar Bee was such great experience! The environment was extremely clean. Krystalin is refreshing professional and knowledgeable about sugaring. She is officially my new Sugar Mama! Coming back on here to give an update on my review. Plain and simple, you won't find ANYONE better than her! As I've been coming to her for some time now, I've come to learn JUST how committed she is to her clients. She's able to get a conversation going and keep it going, you can clearly see just how much she cares about you and tries to make something that is on the painful side a fun experience. I ALWAYS walk out of my appointments with a big smile and knowing I'm leaving with great results.

This was my first time doing sugar Waxing for men, and let me tell you, Krystalin did a fantastic job. The pain level wasn’t so bad. And she made everything simple for me. I LOVE Krystalin and wouldn't trust anybody else to get sugared by. I went to her after I had my baby and was obviously nervous but she eased my nerves and made the whole experience amazing and comfortable. I've been going to her ever since. She's very personable and so nice, kind and friendly. After one service and conversation with her you'll leave feeling like you guys have been friends for years lol

Krystalin is a wonderful sugarist. I've been going to her for a while now and she's beyond amazing. She's incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which plays a HUGE part in making you feel more comfortable and keeping your mind off any pain. During every appointment I've ever had with her, she's been very professional.. so it confuses me that many people have left her reviews stating otherwise. I've been late to one of my appointments before & she was beyond understanding, which not many people usually are.

I had booked an appointment for this morning .. First thing I did contact 30 minutes prior ..come to find out she " forgot " to text me shes working from her home during the 3 week shut down and asks for cash only ... The most unprofessional !!! If I had known this and lastly throws in my face for having my son with me and my fault for not reading the no children policy... Should have text me all this if she was gonna work from her LIVING ROOM!!! I would have gladly scheduled some where else , and out of courtesy couldn't even reschedule me and basically decided I wasn't welcome
