My fascination with woodworking started as a kid, watching and helping in my father's basement workshop. I love working with my hands and try my best to follow the grain to a finished product that will stand the test of time. I have a decade of experience in the construction industry doing everything from concrete to casing.

There was a few months from when we originally spoke to when the closet organizer was put in so I Was a little nervous that he would forget what we told him we wanted and do his own thing. However the finished product was exactly what we talked about. He must take great notes! He also gave suggestions along the way and asked when he needed to make a decision. I liked that he didn’t just assume things- he confirmed them before he did anything. Also very easy going guy, easy to talk to, nice to have in your home, considering we have 2 labs and 3 kids under 3 years old he was pretty calm with all

We are extremely happy with Willson Woodworking. Graham was very responsive to my initial inquiry and had great communication throughout the project. He was always professional, yet down to earth through the entire quoting and actual project. We felt completely comfortable with him in our home. He built an accent wall above our fireplace along with two built in cabinets next to our fireplace. His work has transformed our family room. Graham was fantastic. We hired him to remove and replace all of the old trim , window and door casings upstairs as well as replace 18 doors. The doors and trim were original from the 70s. He was a perfectionist through and through, and was incredibly honest for the entire process. The quality of work is great, and we are really happy with the overall result. Would absolutely recommend his work, and I’m sure we will hire him again when we want to replace the stair railings.

We had a beautiful antique door that we wanted installed in a preexisting cased opening. We reached out to Graham based on internet reviews, and he stopped by a few days later. We could immediately tell that Graham knew what he was doing - he immediately saw that the door was slightly too narrow for the space, and proposed building a new casing and jamb to accommodate the door's size. He proposed using mahogany for the trim in order to better match the grain of the door when staining, and building a custom header, which we thought were great suggestions. We got several quotes for floating shelves from local companies and Wilson Woodworking was by far the cheapest. Not only were they the cheapest, they were down to earth, quick to respond, and just genuinely nice. We look forward to working with them!

Graham took the curved, twisted lumber slabs harvested from my mom’s house. He created a table beyond my wildest dreams. Graham proposed 3 detailed designs after having a conversation of my Ideas. I was able to mix and match different features from the designs. Once the final design was decided upon, I let Graham run with it. My advice, leave the details to him. He gets it.
