It’s a great company to work with as a independent driver and I would give them 5 stars if they didn’t suspend me two years ago for not picking up a load because of snowstorm in NJ. I did try to go to a pick up location but highway was closed. Then I tried to take a different route but once I got off highway it was real mess. My van and other cars were sliding on ice roads, some cars were in ditches and it was around 3 pm ( rush hour) i had to stop. Called delta I explained 6-7 times what happened and they didn’t believe me ( even they watched weather news) but I got suspended. That wasn’t

Delta Express is a good dispatch company to work for. Very polite and professional crew, with fair policies to obey, and timely payments for performed services, including TONU.
Alisher in particular, helped me greatly to solve few administrative questions, and continuing to assist with any requests I get. Alisher is always respectful and resourceful.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with, you cannot reach them on the phone the dispatching staff are rude and incredibly unhelpful they say that they set up appointments with shippers and do not they send incorrect appointment times on rate confirmations I will never be working with this company again!

Not the professional work of dispatchers. Dispatchers are rude. Every second load is canceled. Layover, detention, cancel do not pay. The same dispatcher has different names. Resale of cargo to other drivers and from other companies (double broker). HR department does not work professionally. The whole company works on fraud. I do not recommend Delta Express. Worked with them twice
First time they charged me for damaged load not at my fault. Year later I came back and it was OK untill I stack with their load for 6 days at broker's fault. Wasn't paid accordingly. Dispatch team has few unprofessional people. Their application doesn't work properly. If they don't like your bid they don't take it. And I can keep writing negative about them.
