Ogden Body Shop is hands down the best and most hassle free shop to work with. Josh is honest, experienced, and an all around good guy. I brought my truck to them after a not so great experience with a different shop a few weeks prior. Everything was perfect from drop off to pick up. The guys at Ogden Autobody were great to work with.
I had them do a custom paint job and repair on my Harley gas tank and they really went above and beyond. They came out to my house and did a tank fitting to make sure the location and positioning of the tank decal was exactly where it needed to be on the tank in correlation to how the tank would sit on the bike once it was installed.

After 25 years of working in the auto body repair industry, Raymond Squatriglia had big ambitions of opening his own body shop. In 2009 with little resources, those dreams became reality when Ogden's Auto Body Shop was established. We had the customer stop by our shop, located at 1704 Baldwin Street in Waterbury, a week before starting repairs so that we could write the estimate and pre-order parts. The customer dropped her car off on Monday and we had it ready for Wednesday afternoon. The projected repair time on the vehicle was 6 days, but due to proper planning we finished the job 3 days ahead of schedule.

All the positive reviews are in no way exaggerations. Josh & every member of his team were as pleasant and professional as any business I've ever worked with.
My son was rear-ended while waiting at a stop light. I could write a small novel on everything Josh did to help us get a fair deal from the at - fault driver's insurance company.
Needless to say the vehicle ended up totalled and we got an extremely fair settlement thanks to Ogden Body Shop's thorough professionalism.
Hopefully, I won't need their services again anytime soon but I will strongly recommend Ogden Body Shop to all friends

These guys are awesome. I took my vehicle in to them 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. They were sent the wrong part 2 times, which delayed the process. I didn’t think it would be done in time for Thanksgiving, but they worked overtime to make sure I got my vehicle in time for the holiday. They were very communicative about the process and kept me updated. It was a stressful situation, but how Ogden Auto Body responded and took care of the situation, ended up being a really positive experience with an auto body shop.

I was referred to ogden auto body from my brother after I had been side swiped on the freeway. Ogden auto body went above and beyond from the first call to pick up after the repair. They were great at keeping me updated on the progress of my repair. Ogden auto body even communicated and lined up a rental car for the whole time of the repair and there staff was very professional and polite treating you like you were a part of there family. I will definitely be referring anyone I know who is in need of there services there way in the future.

I got a new Lexus and 2 months after I got it I ran into a popped tire on the highway and wrecked my front end Ogden body shop was easy to work with and fit me in over a month before Caliber could even estimate my car. Caliber Collision had me on a very long waiting list. They were very professional and kelp me up to date through text and calls. The work on my car was amazing it was like the accident never happened. My car looked 10/10 I would very highly recommend Ogden Body Shop to anyone that needs quality professional work done for any reason. These guys really care about every car they work

Ogden Body Shop went above and beyond to repair my car. We brought it in with damages from a previous collision that was not fully repaired by a different shop. They were fast and honest in their estimate.
Another shop had covered up damages and Ogden Body helped us understand how these jerry rigged fixes were causing more problems. They had to take apart and replace my engine mount, it was a huge job and they did an excellent job. My car drives as if it were brand new!
They did a full inspection to diagnose the extent of the problems, did a complete fix and saved us from future headaches. The

After my accident they were able to get me in quick! They gave me frequent updates about the process and talked me through everything. Everyone there is incredibly kind and professional. Lots of choices, but really glad I went with Ogden Body Shop to get a front grill replaced and front half of the car repainted due to highway pitting. Josh, from Ogden Body helped me to determine what work I needed to make my car look new again. He also worked with me when I looked at buying the grill after-market as the dealer prices were outrageous. He was very clear and up-front about the work and what could be done, and the finished product was as best as I could have hoped. Prices were also very reasonable, so I can't imagine going anywhere else for body or paint work should the need arise
