Service came in wasn't here 2 minutes said need new shaft on motor no good not worth fixing I saw error pop up on screen while running test Google it after he left said it probably bad hub on spindle shift because hub is plastic shift metal watched 6 minute how to replace did myself took 5 minutes to remove hub sure enough was plastic hub a $30.00 part to fix wanted me to junk washer machine NEVER USING AGAIN !!!

Called and spoke with John, (I assume he owns but not sure), explained that our stove caught fire. Athough it was small and quickly put out, one burner was not working. Long story short, he was there that day checked everything to make sure there wasn't other problems and ordered the correct burner. John was very professional, kind, courteous, and quick with his work. I highly recommend him. As a footnote I looked at the rest of the reviews and noticed that the only bad review was for no communication. I find that hard to believe because he was in contact with me several times and returned my calls
