Working with Peter was a pleasure. He has helped us with both the purchase of our first home and a refinancing of the same property. Peter was extremely knowledgeable and was very attentive and always available from the time we pulled him in until closing. His attention to detail and ability to answer questions around all documents presented was invaluable as we were unfamiliar with much of what we were seeing during the closing process. This firm handled our home closing with ease and speed. Peter Van Dyke and his very competent assistant took care of everything, including having the water bill moved to our name. Peter was excellent. He helped us with our mortgage closing and is very knowledgeable regarding the contract. As a first time buyer we had a lot of questions. He took the time to sit and explain it to us. After the closing is completed he sent us a copy of all the paperwork in a very timely manner. Attorney Van Dyke helped us through all the difficult turns in closing on our new home through a short sale process. He and his staff made the whole experience as painless as possible considering the two year time frame and the multiple banks and parties that all had to come to the table to make the deal happen.

From then paralegal to the senior partner, this group sets the highest of standards you could desire for your attorney.
