I can't say enough good about this company and the quality of work, personal touch and sensitivity of the individual doing the work. We had a very tight window of time in which we needed a watch engraved. We called right when the company opened, explained our situation and he was able to get it done and back to us within a couple of hours. Thanks to him my mother was able to be there to see my father open the Christmas gift she had gotten him before she passed away the next morning. I will forever be grateful, thank you.

First time in fell in love with this place. Michael the owner and Craftsman showed me around his shop and explained a lot of things to me and helped give me some ideas for what I was trying to do, and is able to get my project done on my deadline which was very short notice for as many projects as he has. But, he was willing to work with me because he knew I needed it for a special occasion. Now that's customer service.

I have a PC project I am working on that I wanted my logo/brand on. It seemed the best long lasting option would be to have it engraved. I talked with Mike at MD and found his advice quite focused. I reviewed his work on Facebook and decided to give him the job. Mike is very creative and excellent at suggesting options for any job you have. Ever since I got my PC case back I have been fighting the urge to gather up more items for him to engrave! MD's abilities are way beyond cheesy gift ideas. I will be recommending this service to business owners to go here to get help finding new ways to help
