Very professional and courteous. This firm was hired by the community management that mishandled the notification of pending debt for a recently installed water meter due to a wrong address assigned to the invoices under my name for a townhouse I own (which is currently occupied by a tenant). The community management decided to hire a lawyer (Pilka… Adams & Reed) instead of sending me the invoices to my address (even though all other communications from this community management have been received without any problems for the past ten years) . Dan Pilka has been the Creekside Community Assoc. of Polk County lawyer for 7 years and has settled many legal disputes in a favorable fashion for Creekside. In fact, we have never lost a case with Dan.
Dan has the most amazing collection department. The staff handles our owners with compassion and do their best to let the owners know they are… there to help. Even with that gentle spirit they are always able to collect the past due bills within the Florida State statutes.

Mr. Pilka assisted us with the recall of our Board of Directors fiercely and we won!
