Zach is very knowledgeable, and caters every meal plan to the specific person, as he is very thorough in his research before and during the consultation. I have always had trouble losing weight, even when I would cut calories and exercise more. I would have never thought to try the type of meal plan suggested to me on my own. And now I have finally started to shed the pounds and I feel healthier and more comfortable in my body. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with weight or health!

Zach has transformed my physical and mental well being. He is the first trainer I've worked with that has effectively communicated the importance of nutrition and physical training in a manner that really resonates. I've had some of the best experiences with Zach. One of the best. His one on one training has really gotten me into shape, very knowledgeable and always has great tips. I highly recommend Muscles and Veggies Fitness. There's alot more but you just have to experience it yourself to know.
