Pond Hill is a wedding and event venue located just outside Albany NY in the beautiful New York countryside - beyond the busting confines of the Tri-City area. Special occasions at The Pavilion encompass everything that is chic and rustically elegant about the great outdoors and country living.
The property boasts a large enclosed pavilion with a formally decorated dining room, a full kitchen for catering staff & parking for catering trucks, a garden patio with an abundance of greenery and light, and pond & wilderness views.

Services
The pavilion is set up for ease of use by NYS certified Caterers and bartenders. The dining room is equipped with 200 fine china place settings (including coffee station with mugs & dessert plates). The Pavilion houses grill hook-ups, and a large commercial fridge & sink. Floral details for your big day can be ordered through the facility or brought by the renter for the event.
Pond Hill is open from May through October, and we schedule one large event per weekend of our season - allowing room for rain dates, wedding photography, set-up and rehearsals! We aim to be as customer-friendly as we can be, while delivering personal and professional service. We do continue to host tours during our off-season (weather-permitting), so just give us a shout via email if you'd like to schedule one!

Due to COVID, our wedding plans had to change drastically. We had to downsize from a large wedding to an intimate wedding with our immediate family. Pond Hill Pavilion was the perfect place for our wedding, and we loved every minute.
We were able to have our ceremony down by the lake and afterwards had an amazing view from atop the hill inside the venue. The venue looked amazing and we didn’t have to worry about any detail. We cannot thank Sam, Tim, and Cindy enough for all their hard work and dedication.
Looking back, we cannot imagine our wedding day to be any different.

My son and daughter in law just had there wedding here. What an amazing place! Beautiful scenery and so many places to go for beautiful photographs.
The owner Cindy is beyond wonderful! She saw my grandson was not eating any of the wedding food so she went into her house and brought him out applesauce and chicken with ketchup!
Cindy was awesome as she had a plan ready in case of thunderstorm. I cannot imagine a more accommodating host.

I've had the opportunity to go to two weddings at Pond Hill. Such a beautiful and unique place. One had their ceremony in the woods overlooking the view, the other ceremony took place by the ponds. The owners go out of their way to ensure your dreams come true. Dead end road, beautiful views, country chic.
