The staff at RGV Rejuvenate is extremely welcoming, they greet you the minute you walk in. I recently had the Potenza service done which is a RF micro-needling to the skin that helps treat stretch marks. They explained the whole process to me in detail and even suggested the Potenza over the laser Icon after explaining my main concerns. I highly recommend this spa and will definitely go back for more sessions in the future.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the customer service. The ladies there were all great and super friendly! The thing is that this did not work for me at least. I had nine sessions in total. The first 4 were not consistent due to the beginning of the pandemic but the last 5 were consistent. I haven’t taken any vitamins such as biotin or collagen for hair growth, so I honestly have no idea why this didn’t work. Called to acknowledge my dissatisfaction and all they told me was I could purchase more sessions. Makes sense but not even at a discount since their state of the art instruments

I had the most impressive RF micro needling with PRF treatment--that’s radio frequency delivered straight to the skin, followed by platelet rich fibrin! I am delighted with the experience and I highly recommend RGV Rejuvenate for the latest aesthetic treatments and technologies. Angela and her staff are professional, Knowledgeable and friendly. I really recommend this place! Very friendly staff and very professional. There products are a bit expensive but very well worth it! I have been coming here and I have seen a lot way different on my face. I had very dark sun spots and now they are way clearer. I told my coworkers about this place and they have been coming too.
