This season is my 10th here with Builders. It's been an amazing journey, watching this company grow and transform into who we are today. I've been lucky enough to associate with and learn from some very amazing people along the way. In turn, I want to give back what I've learned to the next generation of Builders.
I feel very proud to know I was a part of this when it all began. There is a vision we all had 9 years ago. Every day we get to catch another glimpse of what is yet to come. Congratulations to Kevin Bodzioch who is our operator of the month! He is our go to guy, from Backhoe to Grinder, Paver to Roller, Blade to Dozer there isn't much that Kevin cannot run without perfection. Thank you Kevin for your talent and loyalty. While everyone else was sleeping our crew was out and about!
