TERRIBLE. They jack the prices up, then offer "10% off first order". My order never went through despite giving all of my credit card info and clicking "place order"...sketchy. Contacted my cc company

We have recently switched over to 9Fold from another platform that was hosting our online orders on our website. I wanted to share a few points with anyone who is in the restaurant business, and I know these points are important and could be useful:
1. Cost Cost Cost. Being a small restaurant (especially during a pandemic) lowering your cost is everything. 9fold helped us lower our costs for website hosting, they also do not charge outrages commissions like a lot of other companies.
2. Phase in/Phase Out/Ramp Up. Imagine the amount of work and detail it takes to switch from one online ordering

I usually never post any reviews but when someone is on their game constantly they need recognition. I own a restaurant in NYC and found 9Fold through a recommendation of a friend the owner of the company actually showed up to the meeting and I was blown away nowadays they send a 21 year old kid with no experience trying to sell me and not actually listening of what my wants and needs are. This definitely wasn’t the case and any issues I have it’s taken care on the spot immediately so I found another restaurant in Hoboken and the 9Fold family came with me. We rolled out a fast casual concept at the start of the pandemic just as the country was shutting down. If it wasn't for 9Fold and their personalized service, we would have been shut down too. They developed a sharp website for the budget tight concept, developed the ordering platform in almost no time and they priced everything fairly. They have a great team of seasoned account managers that come from the industry, they provide excellent marketing initiatives and tools and most importantly, they follow up even if you don't. It's the only company I know of that when you send a complaint/question

9fold is shady.

Basically, I tried to scam them, so they scammed me right back. I ordered from a restaurant who had a deal where if it's your first order, you get $15 off. I did that once and wanted to do it again, so weeks after my first order, I tried to make a second order with a different email address. Big deal! Everyone does that, and when you do that, at checkout, the coupon gets rejected and you either quit the order or go ahead with the full-priced order fully aware that the coupon didn't work. But no! Not with 9fold. They will act like the coupon worked. It will be applied

Order from a 9fold restaurant at your peril. They are absolutely incompetent. When I called to tell them that I had been overcharged by a partner restaurant (and then never received any food at all) they told me that they had no way to get in touch with the restaurant and that I was on my own to try and get my money back. No solutions, no food, no customer service.
