I've been coming to Contours Spa on and off for several years patronizing in the v-steam services and non-invasive body contouring. I've recently started coming regularly for post-lymphatic drainage massages. It has been four weeks of consistently excellent service. From the time I come in and I'm screened for COVID precautions I am immediately being prepared for my massage with Tia. The space is neat and clean, the staff are always courteous and I'm always welcomed with a pleasant greeting from Abraham at the front desk. The staff was amazing. Me. Anica was very kind and explained how I should place my lipo foams inside my faja, she gave me tips to put on my faja and made sure everything was fitting properly. She was knowledgeable and very professional. I truly appreciate her kindness at this vulnerable stage of my recovery.

The overall experience at contours spa is an overall dream, from the time you come in until you leave. When I first stepped in I was greeted by the entire team, the environment was very clean, healing, and warming. Before your session, all of your concerns and desires are discussed which helps your care plan to be centered to you. Light refreshments are served should you need them, and the bathrooms are always clean!!! Contours spa is really a hidden gem to those of us that need lymphatic massages and faja fitting. I had an amazing experience. I started coming a few weeks ago and right from the start they knew exactly what my body needed. I originally set up an appointment for a post op massage but I got so much more. They were very nice. They educated me on what tools I needed for the best results. They answered all of my questions. I got an appointment with no problems. The knowledge this group of people had on all of the services and what I could benefit from was AMAZING! My body feels great! I know I am in good hands. My expert is Ms. Tia... She is very knowledgeable on any question you may ask her and she listens to every concern you may have.. Ms. Tia has contoured my shape so well, that everyone that I know and some I don’t, compliments. My waist is so small that my sister was making a joke and saying I look like roger rabbits wife ( which is a good compliment because she Is a bad body cartoon character) lol.. I drive over an hour to get the service because it’s totally worth it and trust me.. I walk out feeling better than I did when I walked in. I would only recommend her. She is the best giving any

From my first visit I felt welcomed and at ease knowing that I was in good hands. The owner Tia is hands down the greatest when it comes to your recovery after surgery. From what to eat, drink, and to wear from day one. Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending yoni/vaginal steaming and lingam steaming class at bodycontouring "Contours" OMG this class was the best I am for sure you are not going to get a teacher/educator better then the one I have. She went above and beyond for us we got to practice on live models, she shared her secrets and techniques with us, I was taught in depth detail about what the steaming can do for the human body what things it can help, cure and possibly prevent. She also went into great detail about the herbs, business aspects, customer service and more. I highly recommend

While spending 2 weeks with family in Baltimore I decided to not neglect my monthly routine of self - care which includes Yoni Steams and Massages - monthly. I asked around, inquired about Yoni Steams in the area from everyone, no one know of a place to go. I checked Groupon just knowing I'd find something and I did - Contours. I purchased the Groupon and called to make an appointment 2 days later. Please note - if you purchase a groupon you must call to make your appointment. Although you can book online for all of her services, you cannot book online if you're using the Groupon
