November 2019 we had Best Glass come out to our business to replace 2 large window panes and surrounding frames. During installation, the owner was not present, and the workers were not working steadily (we have cameras and were checking their progress). At one point my husband approached them to check the progress, and noticed that the install was very sloppy. Upon asking the workers about the state of their work, they became defensive, so my husband contacted the owner about our concerns. The owner was very responsive and came out to check the work. He agreed that it was not up to standard and

Best Glass appeared to be legit but proved to be otherwise. It took more than 2 weeks to get my estimate appointment which seemed a little long but doable. 2 guys showed up within the right time frame on the right day. I was disappointed they didn't come wearing masks or offer to wear them. (It was the first people in my home since the lockdown.) They were polite enough but hardly went above and beyond. Upon finishing up, they said I would hear back with the estimate in 2-3 days. That was May 12th. It's now May 29th. I still haven't received my estimate. Thankfully, I found Greater Glass. They

Competitive prices. And excellent customer service. I needed to replace a broken window during Christmas. I called them. Gave the measurements over the phone. 30 minutes later I picked it up. I didn’t need to go in the place the order. Quick turnaround. Very convenient.
I saw another customer bring in a broken window-double pane. They replace window glass on site too. Reasonable labor charge; because I asked out of curiosity-pleasantly surprise.
