Staying again this weekend trying a different cabin, lakeside. We're usually in row 2 and love the spacious 2 bedroom but this time lakeside 1 bedroom is just as much a favorite. We'll worth the price to stay here and love that our 4 legged furry son can stay when he's with us on our trips. Sunset Grill has great food and even better staff.
Resort staff/owners are fantastic and helpful.

I've never done any kayaking or canoeing before, but this place made it super easy to get going. Just checked in at the office and was directed towards the kayaks. A few minutes later, my wife and I were out on the water enjoying the views. The price is very reasonable for a few hours out on the lake and it's right next to the sunset grill, which makes it ideal for a nice activity+dinner date combo. Will definitely go back again

Have been here a few times now and going back again soon, both times it was great - easy check in, friendly staff to help with anything you need. Kayaks to take out whenever you want, dog-friendly, great rates, clean cabins. Sunset Grill next door has amazing food and nice staff too. I will always recommend this place to everyone! Itโs such a calm little getaway and as close to the lake as you could possibly be!

This is an AWESOME place to stay! First I'll start with the booking and check-in experience--so easy. When we arrived, we went to the office to see what our cabin number was. The cabins are spacious and very clean. Love the kitchen/dining area!
There's plenty to do here for people of all ages. Fishing and renting a pontoon boat is one of the reasons we decided to stay here. There's small mouth bass in the lake, as well as blue gill and other pan fish. It was easy to book a reservation for the pontoon boat too. The scenery is amazing at sunset. If your not into fishing, this is a

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very attentive an the cabin was comfy also clean. The view was breathtaking the paddle boats were very easy to access. The fire pit right by my cabin was in the perfect spot. There are many places to eat & drink in the area. The people we met were very nice also helpful. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere I canโt wait to visit again ๐๐ฝ

This place looks nothing like the pictures, not very spacious at because the cabins are very close, zero privacy and neighbors in front of us played music extremely loud with very vulgar lyrics to which the owners did nothing at all about it once we complained, water in front of cabins looks more like a swamp then a lake

It smelled clean as soon as you walk in the cabin. When we called the office to check in the woman we spoke with was polite and informative. The layout of the area is compact but you don't feel crammed in. Perfect place for a low key weekend vacation. We stayed in cabin 41 and the balcony view was delightful especially with the picnic table on the balcony. We were one cabin away from the restaurant but it wasn't loud and was quiet before 11.

Love this place. We had the best time here. Stayed for two nights. The cabins are spotless clean. Very comfortable in every way. Air conditioning cooled the whole cabin. Hot water never ran out. All the comforts of home on a beautiful lake. Very relaxing and extremely kid friendly. Wonderful for young children. We took our 41/2 yr old grandson. Everyone there is very friendly and family oriented. Beds and pillows were comfy. Full kitchen. Two TV's and WiFi. Only thing we needed to bring was wood for the fire, lawn chairs, beach towels and fishing gear. You have to drive to the beach area but

Not a resort in any meaning of the word. Cabins are 4' apart and 5' front the lake, and it's a cove / swamp mostly Lilly pads. No hot water or water pressure. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in living, dining, kitchen area. Now the bedroom has no air moving whatsoever, felt like a sauna. The parking was crazy, park where ever and how ever you can, lawn or whatever. The place sits right on a main road with crazy fast moving traffic. Upside cabins were newer, clean, had nice appliances. No spiders or bugs , have no idea how they perform that magic, being right on the lake.

We spent 6 days there and everything was perfect. The cabins are new and spacious. The kitchen was gas and well laid out.
This place is close to Lake Erie and many attractions in the area so it was a great base camp for Day trips.
They had canoes and kayaks that you could use. Fishing was good for the shore or boat
The grill next door provided nightly entertainment (live music). The food was good and so were the drinks.

Love this little place. The owners were very accommodating and the place is absoleutly great for kids. Canoes, kayaks, all right there near the cabins for you to jump on as you please. Tons of little fish around the docks for kids to grab a bluegill or a perch.
Only complaint is the air conditioners are a bit old and too small for those cabins in the middle of summer. They cabins near really cool down. Replace those and the place would be near perfect for what it is.
We will be back!

Hello all Yelpers!
I wanted to let everyone who visits this site that myself, and my mother Annette are now the sole owners and operators of Edinboro Lake Resort (Cabins and Boats) AND The Sunset Grill with the help of my brother Nick. Most of the reviews seem to be about the old owner Phil, so I wanted to make that clear to the folks who are looking to book with us in the future and to past guests looking to return. Thank you! My family just rented 6 of the cabins at the Edinboro Lake Resort and I have to say overall, it was well worth it.
Let's start with the bad. When we first got there, the cabins were extremely warm as the owner did not open them up or turn on the A/C prior to our arrivals. I actually got keys for the remaining cabins and started their A/Cs. Next was the water issue. The cabins are on an inline water heating system which were not working right. The first couple of days, people ended up taking cold showers or no showers and rust/crud came out of the pipes every day. I myself started in a barely
