Every time I leave a session I feel completely and utterly rejuvenated. Anytime I feel I need healing in my life, I call Met. And anytime things are going really great, I call Met to assist me with clearing even more, feeling even better than I thought I could, and taking that time to connect more deeply with myself.
Each chakra is connected to our being on several different levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual and govern certain internal organs. Chakra 1. Root Chakra (Base of spine) - Represents our foundation and feeling of being grounded. Emotional issues: Survival issues such as financial independence, money, and food, stability & security.

I've been going to Met for about a year, maybe two. All I can say is, she is heaven sent! Every single time I leave her I feel lighter, I feel better, and I feel in total alignment with my purpose. She truly has a gift! She's like my little secret that I know I can count on when I feel the need to cleanse and realign myself. A true gem!💜

I have been scheduling seesions with Met for over 6 years and find the experiences to be benefical. The results vary from pure relaxation to enlightenment. Everyone may not get the immediate results so it may take a few sessions for the chemistry to mess. Go into each session with an open mind and no expectations. Let the moments flow on their own.

Met is amazing. Every time she works on me, I feel like a new person. She's very intuitive and caring. The combo of oils, crystals, and healing touch is like nothing I've ever experienced.
