Was looking everywhere for a Can-Am Ryker for my father-in-law. I saw they had one in stock and sent them a message. I received a call from Keith the next morning (I sent the message after hours) and we set up a time to meet. The whole experience was positive from the start. We went and looked at the bike and decided it was the one for us and Keith shot us through the paperwork in no time, and when we had an issue with the bank on our end he took the time to speak to them and get it sorted out. Did not refill coolant!! First time at marks motorsports. I brought my bike from 2 hours away for a regular service. Asked them to flush and replace coolant and brake fluid too. There is no coolant visible in the reservoir. Luckily I towed it home or I might not have made it! Very disappointed for having paid $600 for them to do a general inspection and change of fluids.

Fantastic Customer Service! I picked up my 2021 Can-Am RT Limited, and even with all the COVID limitations, I had an AMAZING experience. I will buy all my accessories there and will continue to go back.
To be quite honest, nobody should get mad because they follow all the COVID guidelines to keep their employees and ourselves safe. They are a little short-staffed, like everyone else in the USA. Please be patient with the employees that did show up to work. They are working very hard to help all customers. GREAT DEALER - If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Needing service for my Triumph motorcycle, I contacted Mark’s Motorsports in Enfield. They explained to me that due to Covid, service was taking a little longer than expected. Of course I understood and continued with making my appointment. Within just a few days, I got a call with the expected date of completion. Everything went great and I even got my bike a day early!
