I would be careful doing business here. I've been there many many times for parts and to look at used motorcycles. Every single time I've been there for very common honda parts I've had to wait for the parts guys to stop chit-chatting and cussing for them to have no knowledge of the parts I need and for them to not be in stock. As far as looking at used stuff there you better do your own research cause although the sales reps are nice they know nothing about the items they are selling. They make it seem like you are friends and they are there to help but are not afraid to sell an item out from

After 3 major purchases with 2 trades I can honestly say Keith and his employees go above and beyond. With things getting more expensive and the need to pay and retain good staff I believe I’m being treated fair when I stop in whether it’s parts, service or new purchase. Thanks guys, one suggestion. Maybe a quick wash on the Can/Am after that kinda pricey oil change🤔🙏

This place is the ONLY power sports place around that I'll deal with anymore. Literally the nicest group of people. They treat their customers like they are apart of their Pure Honda family. I have purchased serval motorcycles, and ATVs from them. I've bought parts, and accessories, and have had work done on a bike. They don't pressure you into buying anything either. They will allow you to shop without the harassment. If you have questions, they are VERY knowledgeable. Super great people!

Took my CBR-954 to this location as part of an insurance claim. Staff was very helpful and coordinated all of the repairs quickly and accurately. There was a delay with the insurance payout, but they were very flexible and worked with me to get everything sorted. Only issue was being a little slow with communicating and following up with me (had to ask if work was completed, parts were in stock, etc.) but that's an easily corrected issue. Thanks for the solid service!

Horrible, greedy people! We took our generator, which wasn't working in, that was just a year old and had been used very minimal (still under warranty) in to see what was wrong. Four days later we get a call to pick it up. When we go in they have a charge of $135 plus dollars for an oil change and carb clean!!! Honda didn't even give us a curtesy call to tell us what was wrong with it, or to ask if we wanted to go ahead and get this work done. This is something we are more than capable of doing on our own.
