Riverdale Trophies, Inc. has been providing awards for Hampton Roads for over 40 years. We are equipped with rotary and laser engravers in order to provide a variety of engraving options for our customers. We carry many stock items that you may choose from or you can also bring in your own item. We are able to engrave many items but do have some limitations, so we prefer to see the item.
We have a large display area set up on site for visual assistance as well as employees there to answer any questions you may have in order to personalize an award to your needs.

Years ago, we put a small NFL kiosk inside our trophy business. When this merchandise sold out, we continued to get more until it expanded throughout our entire building. Today, our walls and showrooms are filled with NFL and NCAA merchandise. The pictures do not do it justice, so please come by and check us out!

I brought a cake serving set to Riverdale to be engraved for my upcoming wedding. Not only was the customer service amazing but the engraving on the set was beautiful. There was a slight issue but the owner went above and beyond to accommodate. I walked away very pleased with the serving set and will continue to use Riverdale for our engraving needs as well as NFL gifts. Thank you for being so kind and friendly.

I have going here for years. I am pleased. 😇 Highly courteous. 🙏❤🙏I order or purchase on the spot. I also had to take a broken trophy to them for a repair.... so they rung me up for replacement pieces, new pieces, screws and all with much concern as I had. Only one experience 🙄 that gets 3 stars..... one time the dad tried to 'man' the service desk.... he is not good at customer facing operations. If that would've been my first time-I wouldn't go back. 🤚 Leave that to the others TRUST ME they got it! 👌 🎯This is the GOAT for trophys, authentic NFL items and a great experience

I ordered an item that was on display at the store, however, I received an unprofessional, cheap looking product. I was disappointed in the item and the owner sent out an immature teenager to address the situation. The owner is rude and disrespectful. If you want great customer service and a product worth the money, I recommend Deb's Picture This on Magruder in Hampton, VA. Avoid Riverdale if you want a responsible priced quality product.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. In fact, I received none. The dog greeted at the door and while the employees were behind the counter neither spoke or had the common courtesy to say "hello" once I entered the store. Even while I was browsing the product, the employee watched while I looked instead of offering some assistance. With a smile and a cup full of friendliness they would go a long way especially because they have the variety of product to do so. I hope they realize how many people they turn away because of their lack of friendliness and customer service.

Lately the consumer seems to associate the "mom and pop" feel with being lesser - Riverdale Trophies has that down home feel with the craftsmanship and professionalism that I would put up against any competitor. A friend told me about them and after looking at every other shop within a 30 mile radius, they were the only ones willing to provide the services I needed. Their prices were extremely reasonable and the results of the engraving on a unique piece that my dad had made by hand were genuinely impressive.
