We accept cash, personal checks, all major credit cards, and manufacturer financing programs. Our normal rate is $85 per hour for outdoor power equipment and $90 per hour for Power Sports. We will notify you by phone if there will be a delay from the manufacturer on the parts needed to service or repair your equipment.

I was having issues with my snowblower. There was a potential large snow even coming on Saturday when I called them on Monday. They said they could pickup my snowblower the next day, Tuesday, and if no parts were required they would get it back to me on Thursday. That's exactly what they did. I appreciate them going the extra mile, it's pretty rare these days. I will be using them going forward and recommending them to my friends.

I purchased a Husqvarna ride-on and a Husqvarna 30' snow blower from them and the experience was second to none.
I called about 15 different dealers to inquire about purchasing a new ride-on and either couldn't get anyone to return my call or the sales people seemed very unmotivated to sell a unit. I grew up in sales and own a couple of businesses and was blown away at how poorly these companies operate.
I finally came across Seacoast PE and spoke to the receptionist. I was told she would have someone call me back

I've been buying Snow Throwers and Lawn Tractors for the past 44 years at my current location. I've gone through at least 6 Snow Throwers and 10 Lawn Tractors. Most if not all had problems and most ended up being major hassles with dealing with the issues, which had me switching brands as well as dealers quit often over the decades.
My purchase here had a minor issue which was taken care of quickly, efficiently and with no BS or surprises.
Even the delivery/pickup driver was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful explaining and showing

I had an issue with the “delivery” when I purchased my new equipment. I had to return for service and was treated with absolute professionalism and courtesy! As a result of the service department and the owners professionalism I am adjusting my response to five stars. I would recommend the store to anyone in need of equipment.

I have been to Seacoast Power Equipment twice and have been extremely impressed with their customer service. Specifically, Jim went out of his way to help me with a couple minor problems I had with my Husky chainsaw, no charge. Jim also made a chain I needed for my Stihl saw on the spot and he gave me some very useful tips on sharpening and maintaining my saws. I was very appreciative on both visits! They set the example for what customer service is all about.
