I utilized their industrial repair service. The gentleman came to me which was a plus. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job. What I struggle with was the cost. No part installed some general adjustments. He spend less than 1 hour on the machine. He had about 1 hour round trip in driving. My bill was 300.00. WOW!!! I am not sure I can afford this service anytime soon. Way over priced on this one.

I took my Brother 1500 in for service. I was told it was probably the computer board is shot. Come to find out it was a short in the cord and the part was $39. The labor on the other hand was $119.00. Ridiculous! I will never go here again. All they do is complain on how busy they are. They try to talk you into buying a pricey new machine. I was so disappointed. I wish I would have done more research on this place before I took it in.

The owner and employees are all very knowledgeable about a wide variety of sewing, serging and embroidery machines. I have been very pleased with purchases of machines that I have made there. The store offers free classes for machines purchased and are eager to help with any question. Help is only a phone call away. I have been very pleased with service and would highly recommend this business.

BEWARE
I took my 6 year old Brother sewing machine (with about 6 hours of use) in for repair. The machine motor was on but could not wind a bobbin. I was told the motor was shot and I would need a new machine and that the machine I have was a cheap model and just doesn't last. I was shown several used machines for purchase. We took machine and headed home. We were passing another sewing store on 9th Street and stopped. They kept machine and sent out for a free estimate and low and behold all it needed was a new belt! I don't recommend this business.
