Services
It makes no difference if you own a single work vehicle or a fleet of several trucks; you cannot afford to have broken down vehicles. If the units are not running, you're not making money. At Truck Works, our highly skilled and thorough mechanics can help prevent the brake down of your vehicles saving you Money.
A properly maintained vehicle is much more cost effective than one that is only brought to the shop when repairs are needed. When you neglect your vehicle, you're not only paying the price of preventable repairs, you are also paying additional overhead with your money, time, unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Diesel engines are popular because of their good fuel economy and torque. More than 55% of heavy duty pickups are powered by diesel engines. The main differences between a gasoline engine and a diesel, is that a diesel engine has no electrical ignition system and higher compression. Today's computer controlled diesel engines run with very little noise, smoke, or emissions.
Our shop began with quality repairs and honest services which created honorable business relationships. Truck Works has the most knowledgeable and efficient mechanics, service advisors, parts vendors and suppliers. We have proper tools and equipment, all in good working order, to perform the job in a timely manner.

I was on a road trip with my 2011 Chevy 2500 diesel and unhooked at a RV park and the next morning my truck wouldn’t start. Just turn over, but wouldn’t run. After many phone calls, on a Friday, worried about being stranded in Banning and 600 miles from home someone recommended Terry’s auto shop, Truck Works. All of these other shops were too busy to do this emergency miracle but Terry stepped up and I had it towed there and by 5:30 in the evening it was all fixed!! Fuel sensor was bad. Terry came and picked me up at the RV park in my truck and back to his shop to pay, and I feel it was a

A good for your vehicle place to get service. Staff are friendly and professional. Though I just came for an oil change I can already tell this is where the company truck will get all it's services. Well worth any amount of wait if you're the type that wants it done right the first time. Nuff said.....

They let me drop my truck off earlier than my booking on a tow truck. Already I am grateful and pleased and they haven't fixed it yet! I am sure they will fix it when it is my turn.

If you're looking for a great place to have your truck or RV serviced, then look no further than Truck Works, Banning. We experienced outstanding service with everyone! Melissa who runs the office was friendly and compassionate when we explained the issues regarding our RV and Jeep. Jim, the service advisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We explained the problem we experienced when driving our deisel pusher while flat-towing our Jeep Trailhawk. After hitting a rough patch of road on I-10 the Jeep began to violently shake and fishtail. It was terrifying! After the technicians at I-10 Chrysler

So, on my way home from Vegas the other week, I started hearing a “whine” from my left front hub! Called Truck Works(at about 5:30pm) and they said they would wait for me since I was an hour out!
Terry the owner and a mechanic waited for me. They had my truck diagnosed the next day and had it repaired in about 3 days! They also gave me a great discount for being a Veteran, and were upfront an honest with me! They also performed a complete components inspection on both sides since one side was bad. They wear and tear in the other side was substantial and about to have the same problem. They

Our Class A Coach broke down on the 10 fwy near Banning, Ca on our way home from vacation. Good Sam recommended and towed us to Truck Works. Terry and team were in on that Saturday catching up on work as they are normally closed on Saturday. It took the tow truck a few hours to get there but Terry and team waited until after 8pm on their day off for us to arrive in tow. I I instantly felt I was in good hands when I met Terry. I explained that I had paid a shop in Huntington Beach to address the issues that caused this breakdown. Turns out they didn't do the things they said they did but that's
