Whitney's, is locally owned and operates 2 full service grocery stores, servicing both the Corinth and Guilford communities. We have all the same departments that you would expect from the big chain store, including: Produce, Meat, Deli, Bakery, Frozen Goods, Dairy, Grocery and Floral. Our meat department is one of the best in the area.
We carry only high quality beef, poultry and pork products. Our ground beef is also ground fresh daily. We never use processed meat. We offer very competitive pricing and excellent customer services. Why travel long distances to shop when you can get great deals and value right here. In these tough economic times, with the cost of living on the rise, we are committed to providing you with competitive prices.

Say hello to this fantastic employee! I gave her a pink unicorn for being so great. She’s always smiling, she’s always nice, and the fact she is absolutely gorgeous doesn’t hurt! You’ll be glad you said “hi” to… her. She’s like Christmas, your birthday, and the winning Powerball ticket all wrapped in one package. I’ll take “Radiant Smiles” for $2000 please Alex?

I went into the store today and the deli guy had his nose uncovered and coughing. I called the manager to complain and he didn’t even care, his response was “ok”. After his response I said that I was going to reach out to the cdc and his response was “oh we speak with them daily but not for what you’re calling about”, pretty sure people don’t speak with the cdc daily unless they have an outbreak 😳clearly this store doesn’t care about protecting the public and the employees. Never going back there.

Wouldn't be surprised if this place has a coivd outbreak. They have signs up saying things like "masks are required" but are not enforcing it at all. Their own employees aren't even wearing them. Went in today and saw three employees working in the meat and seafood area standing side by side talking and preparing the meats with no masks on. I don't… make posts like this often but with our numbers skyrocketing places like this need to lose their licenses. If you value family, friends, and the safety of other stay away from here.

Not following COVID-19 mandates. Counted 11 people during my shopping experience without masks. Employees wearing masks incorrectly, below nose. Asked cashier, her answer was “we can’t make people wear them.” Whats the point of putting up signs, stating that masks are required, if you’re not going to be enforcing it? It’s a state mandate per the… governor. Glad to know Whitney’s is not taking this pandemic seriously. Place is a joke, has been reported, and won’t be back.

Overall I have a good customer experience, however today I had the rudest cashier in any encounter I've ever had in the store. It's not going to deter me from going to the store, but when something is marked down and I point that out and she squishes my bread, I'm not going through her line ever again. She was an older lady. I should've gone to the younger cashier apparently. At least he acted like he wanted to be there. He was polite to his customer.
