Called in and got a tech to get me in right away to bring in my laptop computer. Diagnosed it same day and let me know right away what needed to be done to get it up and running again and how much. By next day I had my laptop back, love the quick service and response I highly recommend these techs they really know their stuff. Thank you Edwin and David I’m very happy with it all.

They did an exceptional job at retrieving data from my wife’s MacBook Air. We originally took the laptop to the Apple store where we were told it was a lost cause and no data could be retrieved. Efix was able to successfully pull all data (wedding photos, family pictures, tax records) and place them onto an external hard drive for us!

We were desperate. One more time for Geek Squad to let us down - on the day of the appointment - and we had had it. We found Efix online, and I called them. The owner took the call, referred us to one of his techs, and he came to our home. He took the tower, four hours later, returned it repaired, went over it with my husband, charging us a very reasonable sum. The rescheduled GS appointment was 11 days out, so we've got a new computer repair company.

I found EFix through Home Advisor as I needed a new router installed. Edwin contacted me right away to schedule an appointment. He worked with my schedule and availability, as did Ben. Ben came out the next day. There were issues with my router and my Modem. Ben assisted me in working with tech support at my internet provider to get my modem and my router up and running. It was not an easy process and there were more than a few complications. Ben remained calm, friendly, and conversational. He persisted in getting the modem and router correctly hooked up. When he was done, he looked at my new Roku
