The driver was not wearing a mask ( #808 on 12/30 approx 3 pm) and when I asked him to pull his mask up, he grudgingly moved a scarf up around his face. As a public health/epidemiology doc, I tried to educate him and even gave him an N-95 mask and told him it was to protect himself. He was really quite nice and got us to our destination--but this was a serious breach of public health--and good sense. I hope that this gentleman has made a change after our ride.

I arrived late at Seatac airport, I went to the ride share area to look for an Uber, none to be around so I was forced to A1 because he was next up. He told be the I would be a metered rate, $2.60, posted on the door. When I got in the Taxi and we began to drive, the driver changed the rate to $2.90. I did some calculations with out taxes and my fair should have be $43 at the $2.60 rate. Instead, I ended up with a $63 bill. I take ride share quiet often to and from the Airport to my apartment in downtown Seattle and have never paid this amount, even in surge pricing of Uber/Lyft.

I called for a cab today at noon. Dispatcher told me ten minutes to my house. That cab called at 12:58 to tell me he'd be ten minutes out. He arrived at 1:25. He drove in two lanes at 50mph down the hill on James st. Ignored me when i told him he needed to turn left at the light. When he finally realized he'd been sitting in the wrong lane he gunned it into the turn lane without looking and hit another vehicle. Then kicked me out to walk the 1.5 miles back to my home. Dispatcher calls me back after i call them like 3 times as I'm walking back up the hill. Tells me he'll send someone to pick me

Absolutely the worst cab ride I have had in a long time. My driver berated me for making him take such a short fare. (I live close to the airport and was taking a cab home after the flight.) . he actually had the nerve to tell me I was taking money out of his pocket, and next time to call Uber or Lyft. So guess, what I will.
BTW in response to the comment below, their name was on both the cab itself, and the receipt I have in email. It is their problem, and this behavior is very typical of cab companies when you complain about their service. The passing of the buck. My review stands.

Only giving a one-star rating because I had to to make comments. Would give a 0 if available. Do not rent from this company! Was told a taxi would be here in 15 minutes, know one showed. After waiting 25min. I called them to ask where taxi was and was told that they only service Renton not Kent. When asked why I was told there was one coming the man just hung up on me. BAD sevice!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled and confirmed pick up in order to get my flight out of the Seattle airport. They didn't arrive and didn't call to let me know they wouldn't be sending a taxi. I had to call them and was then hung up on after being told "he would check". I called back (they didn't call me back after dropping my call), was told they didn't have any available cars but could be at my house in about 35 minutes. We ended up waking my young daughter to get me to the airport on time.
