In home assessment: Our care team assess your needs and your home environment to determine the type of care needed. This visit will take place in your place of residence with anyone you wish to have present. Customized care plan: We work closely with you and your family members to develop a plan that reflects your personal needs.
Better Care Home Health Services offers an exceptional combination of home care and community-based social services. Our goal is to help your loved ones to continue to live safely and confidently in a familiar place they call home. Better Care provides care through home health aides (HHAs) who are trained and/or certified.
