We sell bulk fresh & dried organic herbs and specialty produce to apothecaries, restaurants, and makers. Our Healing Foods CSA makes climate-resilient, high-nutrient foods available to Western Mass and Southern Vermont.

Services
Foxtrot Farm is a small-scale certified organic farm. When we started in 2017, we designed our systems to be no-till, and we love the results. We use only minimal tillage when necessary. We never spray, avoid chemical fertilizers, use only organic compost to amend the soil, and use as few fossil fuels as possible- farming mostly by hand and hand-tool with the utmost respect for the wonders of soil ecology.
The Healing Foods CSA is equal parts: meal kit, veggie CSA, herbalism course, culinary adventure, and collective experiment in food systems. Over the course of seven months and bi-monthly (that's twice a month) shares, we will focus on seasonal, place-based eating to build a pantry and apothecary season by season.
WHO: You, your neighbors, friends you haven't met yet, and a team of women & nonbinary farmers. WHAT: The Healing Foods CSA is like the socially-conscious, tree-hugging wild-child of pre-made meal kits and the veggie CSA. No prepackaged 1 oz containers of soy sauce, but everything you need to put together a healing foods pantry/apothecary- and to start using it!
The share is designed to offer the bounty of each season-and the knowledge of how to work with it. We offer sliding scale pricing and a limited number of Working-Member Shares for those who can contribute time/labor in exchange for a share (full for 2021). Those who can pay at the higher end of the sliding scale subsidize those at the lower end (or, choose to pay more to support our work).
