My online reservation for servicing a check engine light did not go through so when I arrived for my appointment I was not in the system. This snafu did not deter Doug and he quickly went about the task of getting me taken care of and within 3 hours I was picking my car up having been fully repaired.

DROVE my car to Jaguar to get the check engine light fixed. Guy called & told me it was going to cost $3,000.00 some for the repair. I decided I didn't want to leave my car there as they didn't act like they knew what they were doing when I dropped it off. Told him I was going to pick it up. He told me car won't start now. I'm like...what? I drove it in there & now it won't even start? Hired a tow truck. Text him to be sure car was picked up. He did not reply. Called tow truck company. They said they had picked up & sent to new dealership. I went

I really wish my budget would allow me to have bought one of the fine rides. Unfortunately, My numbers did not come in and I do not really care for the newer styles of the Cat brand. As I was walking, I was asked politely if I needed to find something and there did not feel any pressure to do more than kick tires while I waited for another vehicle in the area
