We hired Fortin Ironworks to install a six foot tall fence on one side of our property to keep the deer out. It was a very positive experience from the estimator to the installation. They communicated the project expectations and time frame very well. We were so happy with the quality of the work that we had the company make a fence for the opposite side of our property. Excellent work, excellent communication and no more deer. Thank you Fortin Ironworks!

We ordered a driveway gate from Fortin - the gate itself looks great, but it took way too long to receive and they didn't follow our request. We emailed Fortin and were told 10-12 weeks for completion, which included install by them. Well, it ended up taking 20 weeks, which I could forgive if Fortin was the one installing (given the pandemic), but we had actually hired someone else for the install. The gate was also one of their simpler designs, nothing elaborate. Furthermore, we had specially asked (via email) for the latch to not be included since our gate installer did not want it on because

What beautiful workmanship... our two #2 arch railings arrived, and they are truly American quality, and exactly as advertised (they match the advertised photos). Excellent welds... nicely smoothed off, impressive finish, and first class packaging.
My only wish would be the option of solid supports (at higher cost), like our existing 50 year old railings (7/8” solid steel vertical supports). HUGE fan of this store! Beautiful and interesting local artisan arts/crafts for home/office, plus greeting cards, funny napkins, Buckeye decor, unique food gifts (jams, dip mixes, honey, etc...), holiday decorations, hardware, furniture, and of course the custom metal works--super cool. I ordered a three step rail for my porch on Sunday. I needed it by Wednesday if at all possible because I have a contractor coming for other work on Thursday morning. I sent a message on my invoice comment wiht the order and an email and I was emailed back early Monday (today) saying that they would get it shipped out today. I recevied the Fedex tracking number and it's on it's way and will be here on time. Thank you for the great service and communication.

Great looking high-quality product! Couldn’t find one anywhere else for a two-step it’s just what I wanted! Hardware supplied I tried to use without success had to go to the hardware store and get some real anchors bolts with nuts! All in all five star And a great value!
