If I could give this company a 10/5 stars I would. Erika was super friendly and very helpful when it came to setting up and appointment time and making sure that service was ready to go. She answered all questions I had before my repairs were done and put my mind to ease. Terry was AMAZING when it came to customer service and doing the job with a smile! He was so helpful at letting me know what was going on and step by step of what was going to happen within the next few days of repair. Thinking that our crawlspace might need to be treated for mold, I contacted Indiana Crawlspace Repair to ask for an estimate. Larry Ralph Jr., the owner, arrived on time, made a thorough inspection, and informed me that there was no need for cleaning. What I had taken to be mold was dust from the gravel fill stirred up during construction. He answered my questions patiently and clearly, and impressed me with his integrity as well as his knowledge. If we ever do need work done in our crawlspace, I will definitely hire his company to do the work.

A few weeks ago I had to make a trip to my crawl space, which has been neglected for 41 years – damp, occasional mold and wet clay…and with flashlight in hand I repaired a problem and when I had crawled out, I told myself that I needed to do something. Crawlspace drainage and encapsulation were completed including additional sump pump and dehumidifier. Quality of work was excellent - very professional, responsive, polite. I’d hire them again. They weren’t the cheapest estimate I obtained but I felt confident the work would be done well and I’m very happy with the result. My crawlspace is now clean and dry - it’s beautiful!

I used Indiana crawlspace repair for work in my crawlspace, to level my floors after the house settled over the last 40 years since it was built, and to improve my sump pit, and encapsulate the crawlspace.
The team was great. They were prompt, polite, efficient, clean, and friendly.
The price was outstanding, by far the best value of all of the estimates i got.

Terry and crew worked hard all week on my crawl space. They made structural repairs, floor joists and other issues. They removed the mold. Replaced sump pump and added a second. They replaced the drain line and encapsulated the crawl space. They put in a new door and added a dehumidifier. They also added a parameter drain. Im impressed and relieved to have such a big project done. I'd recommend Larry Ralph jr's Indiana crawl space repair to anyone needing crawl space work. One of the best contractor experiences I've had as a homeowner

Due to excess moisture over the years, our crawlspace needed a lot; drainage, mold remediation, dehumidifier, sill plate replacement, joist repair and encapsulation. Cristian and his crew were phenomenal. Their work ethic, ability and customer service were off the chart. They worked extremely hard every day in the heat. I can't remember when I have been so impressed with any service/company. They definately transformed a bad situation into a good experience. Erika was also very friendly and helpful any time I needed something.

This company is top notch! We had them clear out our old mess of a crawlspace, totally encapsulate it, add drain tile, a dehumidifier and a new sump pump. They are the real deal and do their work very well. Everyone from the scheduler to the inspector to the entire crew was nothing but amazing.
