Went here because I had a gift card and will definitely be going back. I've been to several places for a massage and this is hands down the best! Started with a big robe and a foot soak, amazing massage with a hand picked scent of your choice, followed by a complimentary steam shower with Aveda products for your use. Incredible! Just went in for a massage I scheduled over a week ago. I have been looking forward to this appointment, as a mother of 3 and a nurse, I am on my feet constantly! Like I said my appointment was scheduled over a week ago, it was set for 11:15. I even recieved a confirmation call. The unhelpful receptionist told me my appointment was at 2:15. Then, in a condescending manor, she asked if I'm sure I called the right place? How rude! She was unhelpful, condescending and didn't even offer to reschedule me. I will never return anyway!
